Go to your Dashboard and click on 'My Listings'. From there, you can view all your listings and use the edit or delete options for each listing. You can also access these options directly from your listing page when you're logged in as the owner.
Click the 'Contact Seller' button on any listing page. This will open our secure messaging system where you can send a message to the seller. All communication happens through our platform to keep you safe.
Payment methods are arranged directly between buyers and sellers. We recommend using cash for in-person transactions, or secure payment methods like bank transfers from verified accounts. Always be cautious of unusual payment requests.

Immediately stop communication and use the 'Report Listing' button on the listing page. You can also contact us through our Contact page. Save screenshots of conversations as evidence. Never send money or personal information to suspicious sellers.
Use the search bar at the top of the page to search by keywords. You can also browse categories from the main navigation. On the listings page, you can use filters to narrow down results by price, location, category, and other attributes.
Yes! We offer various promotion options to increase your listing's visibility. Go to your listing page and click 'Promote Listing' to see available promotion packages. Promoted listings appear higher in search results and category pages.
Listings remain active until you delete them or mark them as sold. We recommend updating your listing status once an item is sold to help other users and keep the marketplace current.
Contact us immediately through our Contact page with details about the issue. We'll investigate and assist where possible. However, please note that transactions are between buyers and sellers, and we recommend taking precautions before completing any purchase.

Yes! You can follow sellers or save listings for later. Use the follow button on user profiles or listing pages to keep track of items and sellers you're interested in.
A good listing should include: a clear title, detailed description, accurate price, multiple clear photos, and your location. Adding specific attributes relevant to your category (like condition, brand, size, etc.) helps buyers find your item.
After registering, check your email inbox for a verification email. Click the verification link in the email. If you didn't receive it, check your spam folder or request a new verification email from the login page.
