Standard ad listings on ClickList.co.uk are free of charge. Therefore, no refunds apply to these listings under any circumstances.
2. Paid Services
For paid promotional services (such as Featured Ads, Urgent Ads, or Bump-Up Ads), we do not offer refunds once the ad is published unless:

There is a technical issue caused by us that prevents your ad from being properly displayed.

The service is not delivered as described on our platform.
3. Refund Requests
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of payment by emailing info@clicklist.co.uk. Please include your username, ad ID, and the reason for your request.
Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without contacting us first may lead to immediate account suspension or permanent ban.
5. Billing Errors
If you notice an error in billing (e.g., double charges), please notify us immediately. We will investigate and, if applicable, issue a refund or credit to your account.
